Gary Wickham, founding member & CEO of MagGrow is an accomplished and highly experienced entrepreneur & businessman. Gary began his career in Henkel Loctite Ireland where he held several senior management positions which included building Loctite’s first ever cleanroom facility for the Biomedical and Microelectronic product ranges. Following his MBA Gary joined Reheis Pharma Ireland as Managing Director with a turnover of €40million. In 2003 Gary co-founded StayCity apartment hotels, a highly successful international business with a turnover of €50 million and over 400 employees.

Mel has over 25 years international experience in senior management roles with companies such as Rentokil Initial (UK), Fiserv (USA) and Changing Worlds (Ireland) bought out by Amdocs (USA). While having extensive experience in senior finance roles from the early 90’s he has also developed his skills across sales, operations and general management with a particular lean towards scaling businesses.

David Moore, founding member & CTO of MagGrow is an experienced businessman that has worked across a wide number of sectors and in both multinationals and startups. A Manufacturing Engineer by trade, David began his career in Bayer Diagnostics as a Product Engineer, before moving to Henkel Loctite in 1997 as an Industrial Engineer. While in Henkel he was then promoted to the role of Operations Manager where he was responsible for 160 staff and a budget of €16mi. During his MBA studies David developed the entrepreneurial bug and in 2007 he left Henkel Loctite to establish Metro Golf which is an Indoor Golf Lounge and Bar. In 2010, he began providing business consultancy services to different companies including StayCity Apartments with whom he worked with for 3 years providing assistance to the executive team across a range of areas including Strategy, Operations and IT. In June 2013, David founded MagGrow together with Gary Wickham with the goal being to bring the innovative spraying technology to the marketplace.
frank van bezooijen
Frank van Bezooijen, is an investor and non executive board member of MagGrow. He started his career at EY. Auditing with a wide variety of national and international companies. After 10 years Frank joined a family office, first as CFO and later also as CCO. Main activities were asset management and project development, locally and internationally. In that period Frank became inspired by his clients into philanthropy. In 2007 Frank started his own asset management company. By the end 2016 the Atrium Group was managed a wide variety of asset classes, and co-developed real estate projects in Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, US, Canada and holds several VC investments. Besides MagGrow, other large investments have been made in Short Stay Group (one of the biggest short stay companies of Europe) and BelCash (an Ethiopian FinTech company). Frank holds a BBA from HES Amsterdam and a RA (Dutch CPA) from the University of Amsterdam.
