MagGrow takes up residence at Farm 491

Dublin, Ireland, July 4, 2018- MagGrow are excited to announce that they are now working in conjunction with Farm491, based at the Royal Agricultural University in the UK.

MagGrow have taken up residency in one of the new Farm491 workshops near Cirencester, which will be used for research and testing. Farm 491 is a space for innovators to grow their business by applying technology to agriculture.

The link to the Royal Agricultural University gives members access to the University’s support and knowledge network that includes farmers, entrepreneurs, investors and academics. Members also have open access to farming data, research, equipment and resources.

‘The new MagGrow facility at Farm491 provides us with an ideal location from which to conduct our field and semi-field trial programme, with the University farm offering an excellent selection of suitable trial sites. MagGrow has previously worked with similar organisations to advance the development of its award-winning technology, such as the Western Growers Innovation Center in Salinas, California, and has always found being surrounded by other innovators in the agricultural sector to be highly stimulating and rewarding experience. We look forward to developing our relationship with Farm491 and the RAU further in the coming years.”
